This is a 10 inch 3 layer carrot cake! LOADED with love!  This cake is homemade with organic carrots peeled,shredded, and hand mixed through sifted flour!! All the hard work is worth every bite! You’ll see! And the moisture along with the homemade cream cheese icing is to die for!  Great cake for the holidays or any day!!  (Advise of any allergies esp to nuts, etc.)
